The news hit us back in 2009, when our dear Mackenzie Phillips was invited to Oprah to present her autobiography. I guess everything starts on the set of Oprah, doesn’t it?
She read a paragraph from her book where she confessed that her father raped her when she just turned 18 years old. Of course, that’s a tragedy, but I suppose this kind of things happen quite frequently unfortunately.
This isn’t the shocking part of the story at all. What is more special about this tragedy is that it wasn’t really a tragedy after all. It seems that our Mackenzie really enjoyed it because she continued to have sex with her father for many years after the incident. And let me tell something even more disturbing: she kept having sex with her father even after she got married!
How in God’s name do these things happen?!
