Florentin is located in the southern part of Tel Avil, Israel.
Named after David Florentin, the man who purchased the land in the late 1920s, Florentin features a hip/trendy atmosphere. You can easily compare it with SoHo and the Lower East Side in New York City.
The neighborhood is a mix of industrial and residential brand new buildings, and most of them are populated by students, foreigners and artists.
Best known for it Bauhaus-style architecture and inspired street art, Florentin also offers lots of boutiques, bars, street food and clubs playing all kinds of music.
