6.Drinking right
You need to determine whether you’re hungry or you’re just thirsty. Our brain sometimes confuses the feeling of hunger with thirst.
Before eating,try drinking 1 to 2 glasses of water. Wait a little bit and if you’re still hungry you may indulge.
Don’t forget that keeping yourself hydrated is very important for keeping an optimal metabolic activity!
Drink about 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day and always have a water bottle with you in case you get thirsty or hungry. You may not know which feeling is right!
