8.Know Your Limits
Make an exercising program for yourself and stick with it. Do not exhaust your body because you will notice it in the calories!
Do not deprive your body of sleep and let it rest because sleep is the most important when it comes to weight losing.
Hydrate yourself correctly and don’t drink too much or too less water! Drinking too much water at once is dangerous for your health!
Know your limits and don’t pass them, you might regret it later when there’s nothing you can do about it anymore.
