At only 14, she appeared on the cover of Elle magazine! That is insane!
Brigitte Bardot was the first woman who wore a bikini and later, together with her friends at St. Tropez, they were the first ones to sunbathe topless.
As many other stars at that time, Brigitte suffered from serious depression and attempted suicide several times.
She finally found her inner peace when she established herself as an animal rights activist.
