How much is Alan Chikin Chow Worth? Alan Chikin Chow Net Worth in 2026
Alan Chikin Chow’s net worth is estimated at $16 million as of November 2026. His earnings nearly tripled in a single year while his reported monthly views went nowhere: $3.8 million on the 2025 Forbes Top Creators list, then $10.5 million on the 2026 list. The Texas-born creator was billed in 2024 as the world’s most-watched YouTube Shorts creator, and the jump appears to have come from what he built around the clips.

How much is Alan Chikin Chow worth in 2026?
We land on $16 million, inside a range of $10 million to $25 million. This one is a rough estimate: his gross pay has been reported in outline, while his tax bill, his production costs and the Netflix terms are all private.
Public estimates vary widely, and the gap has a plain cause. Formulas that multiply his views by an ad rate can land far above the $10.5 million gross figure on the Forbes list.
How Alan Chikin Chow built it
- Posted a short every day. In 2024 he described a schedule of one short-form video a day and a 20-minute episode every two weeks.
- Leased his own studio. He took a 10,000-square-foot Burbank space to shoot Alan's Universe with a 25-person crew.
- Licensed the show beyond YouTube. Alan's Universe reached Roku in 2025, also ran on Prime Video and Tubi, then Netflix in July 2026.

| Source | Our estimate | What it rests on |
|---|---|---|
| Work before the 2023 list | $1 million | Our assumption. Fortune wrote in June 2023 that he had “earned millions” from ads, brands and acting, without a figure. |
| 2023 Forbes list | $1.6 million | Rank 45, as published by Forbes Italia. |
| 2024 Forbes list | $2.7 million | Our assumption: the midpoint of the 2023 and 2025 figures. We could not open his 2024 number. |
| 2025 Forbes list | $3.8 million | Rank 35, as reported by El Tiempo. |
| 2026 Forbes list | $10.5 million | Rank 25, as reported by BusinessCloud. The list covers gross revenue from March 2025 to March 2026. |
| March to November 2026 | $7 million | Our assumption: eight months at the $10.5 million pace. |
| Tax, agents and production | minus $16 million | Our assumption: 60 percent of the $26.6 million gross above. The share is high because he pays for a 25-person crew and a 10,000-square-foot Burbank space, and because the Forbes figures are gross. |
| Alan’s Universe library | $5 million | Our assumption: about half of one year’s gross, for a show now licensed to several platforms. We assume he controls it as creator and lead. No ownership split or license fee has been published. |
| Total | $16 million | The rows sum to $15.6 million, which we round. |
From 16 cents to 58 cents per thousand views
Here is the number the view-count formulas miss. In a 2024 interview he put his views at about 2 billion a month, or 24 billion a year. Divide the $3.8 million on the 2025 list by that and, by our calculation, every dollar he made, ads and brands together, came to about 16 cents per 1,000 views.
By July 2026 the reported pace was 1 billion to 1.5 billion views a month, so 12 billion to 18 billion a year. Against $10.5 million, that is 58 to 88 cents per 1,000. Fewer views, between 3.7 and 5.5 times the money per view. The windows don’t line up exactly and the earnings are Forbes estimates passed on by other outlets, so treat this as direction more than decimals. Direction is the story, though: a formula built on views would have predicted a pay cut.
Skincare, a tourism board and a K-pop band
The early deals were the usual creator menu: HBO Max, McDonald’s, Old Spice and Pizza Hut, plus a red flannel that sold out through YouTube Shopping. The newer ones pay for whole productions. Beauty and the Beat, a 25-episode vertical drama sponsored by Laneige in August 2025, reportedly passed 200 million views. In December 2025 Macao’s tourism office said a mini-drama he made with it reached 6.9 million views in two weeks.
Then came Hollywood. Netflix agreed in January 2026 to distribute a scripted K-pop series with HYBE America, with Chow as executive producer. In July 2026 Netflix took Alan’s Universe too: the back catalog, plus new episodes on the same day they reach YouTube. Neither deal’s price has been disclosed.
What would move the figure
The Netflix license is the big unknown. A rich fee or a stake in the HYBE band could push him past the top of our range, while a production bill above our 60 percent would pull him toward the bottom.
