A share register filed in April 2026 shows the co-founder of Influencer.com holds 412,161 of its 5,639,672 shares, or 7.31 percent, so the company most tied to his name is a much smaller part of his money than it looks. How much is Caspar Lee worth in 2026?

Our figure is $10 million, in a range of $6 million to $18 million. This one is a rough estimate: little of the money is documented in his name. His Influencer stake and the company’s accounts are filed in public, but the value of that stake leans on one investor’s mark, and his MVE share, fund profit share and YouTube savings are our assumptions. We converted pounds at $1.3419, the rate on November 2, 2026.

Public estimates tend to skip those filings. Some appear to treat the fund’s $65 million as if it were his, and that is mostly other people’s money: Sequoia Capital and other investors backed the latest fund. Others use a YouTube number that stopped being relevant when he stepped away from the channel in 2019.

How Caspar Lee built it

  • Bought into a startup at 23. He invested in Influencer in August 2017 and holds 7.31 percent of the group today.
  • Stepped back from the channel. He stepped away from YouTube in 2019 to work on his companies.
  • Raised outside money to invest. Creator Ventures closed a $20 million first fund in 2022 and $45 million more in 2025.

How we got to $10 million

Source Our estimate What it rests on
Influencer.com stake $3.4 million The April 2026 confirmation statement lists his 412,161 shares, 7.31 percent. Puma VCT 13’s unaudited interim report carried its holding at £15,527,000 on August 31, 2026, against £1,800,000 of cost. We read the register’s 2,240,451 Puma VCT shares as that holding. Our calculation: take off the cost, because paid-in money comes back first on a sale, and the gain is £6.13 a share, which makes his stake £2.53 million.
MVE talent management $1.0 million Net assets rose £255,186 in 2025. Assumption: eight times that gain values it at £2.04 million. A May 2020 confirmation statement lists 35 shares for Joe Sugg’s company, 30 for IMG and 35 for an Irish company, Cleggan Pictures, so that block is £714,521. The register doesn’t say who owns Cleggan. Lee himself was on the register until May 19, 2020, the day Cleggan and IMG were added, so we assume it is his.
Creator Ventures profit share $2 million The firm said in May 2025 that its $20 million first fund was above 3x on paper. A $40 million gain at an assumed 20 percent share is $8 million, half for him is $4 million, and we cut that in half again because most of it isn’t cash yet.
His own money in the funds $1.7 million Assumption: $100,000 in the $1 million first club at its reported 6x, or $600,000. Then 2 percent of each later fund split with his partner: $200,000 at 3x is $600,000, and $450,000 at cost in the $45 million fund.
YouTube years, after tax and spending $1.8 million He says he made his first million by 21. Assumption: $4.5 million gross through 2019, 45 percent tax, then $700,000 spent, which leaves about $1.8 million.
Total $9.9 million, rounded to $10 million Stake and fund data are filed or stated. Values and shares are assumptions. His Cape Town property venture, Proper Living, isn’t counted because we found no numbers.

Creator Ventures now matches his nine years at Influencer

By our calculation the two Creator Ventures rows add up to $3.7 million, a little above the $3.4 million Influencer stake. A firm that closed its first full fund in March 2022 has matched a company he has been tied to since 2017, and it is the main reason we think his next big gain comes from investing.

The Influencer numbers are bigger than most people would guess, and the margins smaller. The group’s turnover grew 39 percent to £36.4 million in the year to March 2025, yet operating profit was £437,260, which we calculate at 1.2 percent of turnover. It paid no dividend. A year earlier it lost £1.6 million before tax. Lee said in 2024 the company had generated $100 million in revenue, and that is believable given these accounts, but £21.3 million of the latest turnover went straight out again as cost of sales. Directors as a group took £408,964 and the best paid received £222,660, so his pay here tops out at that.

The register also holds a small joke. Creator Ventures I LP owns 20,972 shares, or 0.37 percent, so his fund is a shareholder in his company. The largest holder is Puma VCT, with 39.73 percent, and Ben Jeffries, the CEO, has 13.89 percent. Share classes carry different rights: on a sale, the filed terms pay back paid-in money first, with his A shares counted at almost nothing, then split the rest with A shares counted at £1 each. So a sale wouldn’t split purely by share count.

Each £10 million of value is worth about $981,000 to him

That is 7.31 percent of £10 million, converted at our rate, and it is the easiest way to update this page. If a buyer paid twice our value, the top row would double to about $6.8 million. The figure is before tax, like the other stake rows, because nothing has been sold.

A skeptic would use gross profit, since £21.3 million of turnover goes straight to cost of sales. One times the £15.04 million gross profit puts his share at about £1.1 million, or $1.5 million, and the total near $8 million. We don’t, because Puma’s mark is far higher. By our calculation £15,527,000 over 2,240,451 shares is £6.93 each, or about £39 million across all 5,639,672 shares. That is 2.6 times gross profit and 1.07 times turnover, comparing an August 2026 mark with the year to March 2025. It’s an investor’s own valuation and not a sale price, so treat this row as the upper half of what the stake could fetch.

What could move the number

Influencer’s next accounts are due by December 31, 2026. The more interesting lever is inside the first fund. ElevenLabs was valued at over $3.3 billion in May 2025 and $11 billion in February 2026, more than three times higher, after the 3x mark we used was published. Wild’s sale to Unilever for £233 million and Runna’s sale to Strava are finished deals, though his fund’s share of those proceeds isn’t public. If the first fund has moved well past 3x, the carry row could double.
