Giada De Laurentiis’s net worth is estimated at $24 million as of November 2026. She sold a $7 million Los Angeles house for $100,000 more than she paid, downsized to a $4.86 million bungalow, and now does her own shelf placement for a pasta brand. Twenty years of television built the base, and the pasta is where any big upside sits.

How much is Giada De Laurentiis worth in 2026?

Our figure is $24 million, in a range of $15 million to $40 million. This one is a rough estimate: little of the money is documented. Her home prices are on the record. Her TV pay, restaurant deals and share of Giadzy are not.

Public estimates disagree because many add up what she might have grossed and stop there. Some also seem to assume family money from her grandfather, the film producer Dino De Laurentiis. We found no record of an inheritance, so she gets no credit for one here.

How Giada De Laurentiis built it

  • Stayed on TV for 20 years. She worked on Food Network from 2003 to 2023 before signing with Amazon Studios.
  • Turned recipes into products. She launched Giadzy in 2017 and added a pasta line made in Abruzzo.
  • Downsized the house. She sold a $7 million home in 2019 after buying a $4.86 million one nearby.

How we got to $24 million

Source Our estimate What it rests on
Food Network pay, 2003 to 2023 $20 million NewsNation, citing Parade, said she likely earned $1 million annually. It is a soft number. We apply it to all 20 years, knowing the early years paid less and the peak years probably paid more.
Amazon Studios deal, 2023 on $4 million She signed a multi-year deal in February 2023. Terms are private. Assumption: the same rate for about four years.
Cookbooks $5 million More than 10 cookbooks, several of them No. 1 bestsellers. Assumption: $500,000 a book, advance and royalties together, on 10 books.
Restaurant fees $6 million GIADA opened at The Cromwell in Las Vegas in 2014, followed in 2018 by Pronto at Caesars Palace and GDL Italian in Baltimore. Deal terms are not public, and we could not confirm that all three are still open. Assumption: $500,000 a year for 12 years, which may run high.
Target and product licenses $3 million A Target kitchen line launched in 2010, and by 2022 Target appeared to carry only her books. Assumption: $250,000 a year for those 12 years.
Agents and managers minus $5.7 million Assumption: 15 percent of the $38 million above.
Income tax minus $12.9 million Assumption: 40 percent of the $32.3 million left.
Living costs minus $9.2 million Assumption: $400,000 a year for 23 years. Her homes are bought out of the money above, so they get no extra row.
Investment returns $6.1 million Assumption: the $10.2 million left grew 60 percent, which is 4 percent a year after inflation for 12 years.
Giadzy stake $8 million Assumption: sales of $10 million, a value of one times sales, and an 80 percent stake. The company has not disclosed revenue or ownership, so this is the softest row on the page.
Total $24 million The rows sum to $24.3 million, rounded. Nearly every row is an assumption.

The house that made $100,000

Property is the one place her money leaves a paper trail. CNBC reported she bought a Pacific Palisades house in January 2016 for $6.9 million and sold it for $7 million about four years later. By our math that is a 1.4 percent gain before costs, so a house with a very good kitchen did not make her rich.

Her agent said she wanted to downsize. The Palisadian-Post put the replacement at $4.86 million, a 3,610-square-foot 1958 bungalow in the Riviera. The swap freed $2.14 million. We calculate that after 15 percent for agents and 40 percent for tax, her TV job kept about $510,000 of each $1 million, so the move released about 4.2 years of take-home TV pay.

That same math shows how far television went. Twenty years comes to $10.2 million after agents and tax, about 43 percent of the headline before she spent a dollar of it.

From TV star to pasta importer

She left Food Network in 2023 and has said partnerships forced compromises in her storytelling. What she kept building is Giadzy, the online shop she launched in 2017 and now fills with Italian pantry goods, including a pasta line made in Abruzzo. Her great-grandparents ran a pasta factory outside Naples, which is either heritage or a very long market study.

In April 2024, HomePage News reported a paid membership at $9 a month or $70 a year, with more than 1,500 recipes. Memberships alone would need about 143,000 annual members to reach the $10 million in sales we assume, by our calculation, so most of that assumption rests on pasta and pantry goods.

In July 2026, RuntimeWire, summarizing a Business Insider profile, described her pushing Giadzy into grocery stores and handling importing, inventory, finance and store-level marketing herself. The same report notes the trade-off: wider distribution, tighter margins and less customer data.

What would change the number

Giadzy is the row that moves. A sale or outside funding round would replace our $8 million with a real price, and a failed grocery push could cut it to very little. The next Amazon contract and the current value of her Palisades home are the other unknowns.
