How much is Heather Dubrow worth in 2026?

We put her at $27 million, and the household at about $54 million. This one is a rough estimate: one house sale is documented, and little else is. We credit her half because the homes are reported as bought and sold by the couple together, and nothing public shows how they divide the rest. Public estimates run far apart, from about $30 million to $80 million for the couple, because some count that house at full sale price and some give her the whole household.

How Heather Dubrow built it

  • Acted for two decades first. She worked as an actress from 1991, including That's Life from 2000 to 2002.
  • Built a business with her husband. The couple launched Consult Beaute skincare in 2015 and wrote three books between 2016 and 2020.
  • Backed out when costs rose. They dropped a Beverly Hills renovation when the estimate ran $8 million over, then sold.

How the $27 million breaks down

Source Our estimate What it rests on
Chateau sale, after tax, costs and debt $38.5 million $55 million sale in 2022. Our assumption: 70 percent was left, since we couldn’t confirm what they paid for the land and the build. Later homes were bought from this money, so we don’t add them.
Beverly Hills estate minus $5.8 million Terry Dubrow’s own figure for the loss after they sold in August 2025.
Beauty products $6 million Our assumption: $500,000 a year kept for 12 years, counting from the 2015 launch of their Consult Beaute skincare line, as Bravo reported it. The line is private and we found no revenue figure.
Terry Dubrow’s surgery and TV savings $13 million Our assumption: $1 million a year saved from 2014, when Botched began, through 2026. No pay figure is public.
Her TV pay, after tax and spending $2 million Our assumption: $400,000 a season for 10 seasons, half kept. We found no reliable pay figure.
Terry Dubrow’s half of the household minus $26.85 million We split the $53.7 million above evenly.
Total $26.85 million The rows sum to $26.85 million, which we round to $27 million.

How you lose $5.8 million on a $400,000 gain

The Dubrows paid $16.1 million for the former De Laurentiis estate, about 9,000 square feet on 8.3 acres. Bravo reported the plan as a three-year renovation. Then, Cottages & Gardens wrote, the estimate came in $8 million above expectations, so they scrapped it, listed at $25 million in March 2025 and took $16.5 million that August, 34 percent below the asking price.

On paper that is a $400,000 gain. Terry told the Between Us podcast, as Reality Tea reported, that they lost $5.8 million, and blamed work on the property plus a Los Angeles tax of 5.5 percent of gross on sales above $10 million. Our calculation: a $5.8 million loss despite a $400,000 gain means $6.2 million went out in costs. The tax on $16.5 million is $907,500, so about $5.3 million was everything else. Roughly two years of owning the place cost them more than a third of the purchase price.

One house carries the household

Sources told Entertainment Tonight in October 2022 that the 22,000-square-foot Newport Beach house had sold for $55 million, and Heather commented on the deal. It was the biggest Orange County sale of the year to that point and the third highest in the county’s history, and Bravo confirmed the figure. It never went on the market. At our 70 percent assumption, that sale is $38.5 million of a $53.7 million household, or 72 percent. Move the assumption to 80 percent and her half gains $2.75 million, which tells you how much this page depends on one guess about a mortgage and a building bill.

Ten seasons and no pay stub

She has acted since 1991, including That’s Life from 2000 to 2002, and is listed as a main cast member for seasons 7 to 11 and again from season 16. No pay figure from any of it stands up, so the TV row is the smallest here and we’d treat it as a placeholder. The couple also wrote three books between 2016 and 2020.

Terry’s side is easier to see but no easier to price. Botched has run since 2014, with him as co-host and co-executive producer, and he sells health products on shopping TV. We count his savings in the household because the sales in this ledger were joint, then take half back out.

What would move the figure

The latest money news is small and has no price: on August 26, 2026, she told Bravo the couple had bought the apartment below their Los Angeles home and is gutting it for the children. A bigger question is Idaho, where Cottages & Gardens said they are developing a project on “many acres”. If that turns into a sale, or if the purchase price of the Chateau surfaces, the first row of the table changes and her figure changes with it.
