Katie Maloney’s net worth is estimated at $2.4 million as of November 2026. A few years later, The Hollywood Reporter’s numbers had the core cast on $25,000 an episode, so one later episode paid more than twice what that entire first season did.

We estimate about $2.4 million, in a range of $1.5 million to $4 million. This one is a rough estimate: little of the money is documented. Her TV pay is partly on the record, but the shop’s sales and her share of it are not.
Public estimates run from about $1 million to $6 million. The low ones are often old and predate the later seasons at top pay. The high ones tend to treat gross pay as money kept, or count the whole restaurant as hers.
How we got to $2.4 million
Two pay rates and every episode count are documented. The rest is our assumption.
| Source | Our estimate | What it rests on |
|---|---|---|
| Vanderpump Rules pay | $1.6 million | 224 episodes in seasons 1 to 11: 10 at $1,000, 86 at an assumed $10,000, then 128 at $25,000 with no later raise assumed, which is $4.07 million. We assume she kept 40 percent after tax, fees and Los Angeles living costs. |
| Stake in Something About Her | $0.4 million | Our assumption: $1.5 million a year in sales, valued at half of sales, is $750,000, and an assumed equal split gives her $375,000. Bravo calls it co-owned but gives no split. |
| Podcasts, brand work, side ventures | $0.4 million | Our assumption: $100,000 a year for ten years, 40 percent kept. She has run a beauty site, Pucker and Pout, and the wine firm Witches of Weho with castmates. |
| Total | $2.4 million | Mostly assumptions, labelled as such. |
Where 79 percent of the TV money came from
Here is our calculation. Seasons 6 to 11 make up 128 of her 224 episodes. At $25,000 each they come to $3.2 million out of $4.07 million, or 79 percent of her lifetime show pay. Season 1, for all the attention it brought, was a quarter of one percent. A 2020 report put each core cast member at $525,000 for each of seasons 6 and 7, closer to $600,000 with three reunion episodes.
That income is finished. Season 12, which began on December 2, 2025, is a reboot with an entirely new cast. A $475,000 line (19 episodes at $25,000, on our math) has been replaced by a sandwich shop.
The shop that took more than two years
She and Ariana Madix signed the lease more than a year before opening, and ABC7 described more than two years of hurdles and delays before it opened in West Hollywood in May 2024. Maloney said she goes almost every day, with a manager and staff running daily service. Her co-owner was in Fiji hosting Love Island USA at the time, so a lot of the day-to-day fell to her.
In a March 18, 2026 update she described repeat customers, online ordering and plans for more catering and limited-run sandwiches. The shop marked two years in May 2026. None of these reports gives a sales number, which is why our row is small and labelled.
She also sold a house. Court documents reported in October 2022 show a Valley Village sale that closed in August 2022, with half the proceeds hers. We count that as a move between pockets, because TV pay already bought it, and it gets no row of its own.
What would move the figure
Bravo reported in March 2025 that a second location depends on the right investor coming along. An outside investor would also put a real valuation on the first shop, which is the number this estimate needs most.
