A catchphrase, four hours, one down payment
On Watch What Happens Live, she said the merch “allowed me to pay the down payment on my home, and that was within a few hours”. She said about four hours passed between saying the phrase and the merch going on sale. Andy Cohen asked how much she made, and she didn’t give a number.
So we worked it out. The only home we can find her buying by the time Bravo ran that interview in July 2023 is the $1.35 million Palm Springs house, 2,314 square feet and sold turn-key, furniture included. A conventional 20 percent down payment would be $270,000. If that’s roughly what she meant, one sentence on reality TV earned about 64 percent of a full season’s reported pay ($270,000 divided by $425,000). Both inputs are soft, and it’s still the best-documented single payday she has.
Two houses against one income
TMZ reported that she then bought a gated five-bedroom Los Angeles home for $3.1 million, closing in early 2024. In March 2024, Bravo reported she planned to keep the Palm Springs house, calling it her sanctuary, and we couldn’t open anything newer that says otherwise.
By our math the two prices add up to $4.45 million, about 89 percent of the $5 million we think she has earned before tax in her whole career. That can’t be paid in cash, so most of it has to be debt. If she has put 25 percent down on both, her equity is about $1.1 million before any price change, which would be close to half of our total. That’s why we won’t count house prices as wealth here. A sale of either home would settle a lot of this.

iHeartPodcasts announced An Unlikely Affair on December 5, 2025, the first series under her Untraditionally Lala banner, and it premiered on January 8, 2026. Bravo said in March 2026 that she was in the cast of The Valley for season 3, due that April. She hosts Untraditionally Lala with her brother, Easton Burningham. On the product side, Give Them Lala Skin launched on June 8, 2021, and in March 2024 she said she was rebranding the company: “I’ve got to get rid of Lala in the name.”.
