The July 2024 IPO
Emcure priced its offer at ?960 to ?1,008 a share, a ?1,952 crore issue made of ?800 crore of new shares and about ?1,152 crore sold by existing holders (1,14,28,839 shares at the top of the band). Brokers quoted in Business Today put the top of the band at about 36 times FY24 earnings. She held 3.5 percent before the offer and put up 12.69 lakh shares. The shares listed on 10 July 2024 at ?1,325.05 against the ?1,008 issue price, though she was paid the issue price, and by 29 October 2026 closed at ?1,865 against a 52-week range of ?1,306.50 to ?2,100.70. That is the latest dated fact in this profile.
The television job
She has been an investor on Shark Tank India across seasons one to five. Before moving into the family company she worked at Guidant Corporation in the United States, then served as Emcure’s chief financial officer and later became executive director.

Some pages assign her the stake of the promoter family. Others value Emcure at its 2024 IPO price, or add the listing-day price to her sale, which is how a figure near ?168 crore appears for the shares she sold at ?1,008.
