How much is Stassi Schroeder Worth? Stassi Schroeder Net Worth in 2026
Stassi Schroeder’s net worth is estimated at $2.8 million as of November 2026. The one hard number from her Vanderpump Rules years is a house: in 2020 she covered the down payment on a $1.7 million home in the Hollywood Hills, the same year Bravo fired her. Since then a seven-figure podcast deal, three bestselling books and her own Hulu series have done the rebuilding.

Our figure is $2.8 million, in a range of $1.5 million to $5 million. This one is a rough estimate: little of the money is documented. We have a home price and a press release that says “seven figure” without saying which. Her Bravo, Hulu and book contracts aren’t public, so those rows are our assumptions.
Public estimates run from about $300,000 to about $6 million. The spread makes sense once you see that many predate the November 2024 podcast deal and the 2026 series, and that a reported home price says little about how much of it is paid for.
How we got to $2.8 million
| Source | Our estimate | What it rests on |
|---|---|---|
| Vanderpump Rules, 2013 to 2020 | $1.2 million | Assumption, no contract is public. $150,000 a season on average for eight seasons, lower early and higher late. |
| Podcasts before PodcastOne, 2015 to 2024 | $1.5 million | Assumption, including the paid parenting show started in 2021. The company’s release says the show had run for over nine years but gives no revenue. |
| PodcastOne deal, from 2024 | $2 million | PodcastOne called it a multiyear seven figure deal. The floor is $1 million. We assume $2 million and count the whole contract, though some of it may still be unpaid. |
| Three books | $0.75 million | Assumption: $250,000 each for Next Level Basic, Off with My Head and You Can’t Have It All. All three made the New York Times list. Advances weren’t disclosed. |
| Television since 2024 | $0.75 million | Assumption, covering Vanderpump Villa, a reunion hosting job and House of Stassi. No fee has been reported. |
| Brand deals, tours and storefront | $1.5 million | Assumption, resting on audience size: about 3.3 million Instagram followers in April 2024, plus named deals with Vivrelle and MGM Resorts, an Amazon storefront and three live tours. |
| Taxes and agent fees | Minus $3.5 million | Assumption: 45 percent of the $7.7 million above. |
| Living costs | Minus $1.95 million | Assumption: $150,000 a year for 13 years, mortgage payments included. |
| Gain on the home | $0.5 million | Assumption: 30 percent on the $1.7 million paid in 2020. We found no recent valuation. We credit it to her because she paid the deposit. |
| Total | $2.8 million | The rows sum to about $2.75 million, which we round. |
The $425,000 clue
Bravo reported in May 2020 that her then-fiance Beau Clark said she would be putting down the down payment on the $1.7 million house, and that he couldn’t put 25 percent down. Hello magazine later described it as a three-bedroom home built in 1926.
If the deposit was that 25 percent, it was $425,000. Our calculation: at a 45 percent deduction for tax and fees, she needed about $773,000 of gross income just to save that sum, about 64 percent of the $1.2 million we assume for her whole Vanderpump Rules run. She also had a first book and a tour by then, but the point stands. The home is evidence she earned more on Bravo than the low public estimates allow.
What June 2020 cost
Bravo fired her in June 2020, a few weeks after that article. The money went with the job: her wine line came off the retailer’s store, a Glamour column was pulled and a planned second book was reported cancelled, and her next book did not arrive until April 2022. She relaunched her podcast in 2022, which is where the recovery started.
Even that deal has limits. At the $1 million floor it is about 2.4 times that $425,000 deposit, before tax, spread over multiple years. That is why our total stays in the low millions.
Her own show, and what comes next
House of Stassi premiered on Freeform on July 29, 2026, with the full season on Hulu the next day. She said in that interview that Vanderpump Villa was a strategic step toward Hulu, and that she plans to push for a second season. That renewal is the clearest thing that could move this figure.
The podcast matters as much. Wikipedia lists a co-hosted show started in 2026, Stassi with Tay, alongside the official Tell Me Lies podcast for Hulu. How those fit with the PodcastOne contract isn’t public, and neither is when that contract ends. A sale of the house would also give us a real number where we now have a guess.
