9.Time waits for no man
There’s no rush, you’ve got plenty of time, don’t you?
The ugly truth is that time is tricky and it fools us all. The reality is that you don’t even know when time flies by.
Let’s make a quick exercise: do you remember when you entered middle school? Then finished high school? And then graduated from university?
Do you remember when all those years that are actually more than a decade went by? They all seem like a blink of an eye right now, don’t they?
The point I’m trying to make is that you don’t really have plenty of time to do some things. There are rare opportunities that happen once in a lifetime or once in ten years and you can’t afford to waste that much time.
And the question remains, as Emma Watson said in the speech on feminism for the U.N. this year:
If not now…when?
