One of the best dressed casts belongs to the TV series Revenge.
The American prime-time television series presents wonderfully dressed women, especially when it comes to Victoria Grayson and Emily Thorne.
While Emily portrays the
casual wealth and intricate vengeance plot,
wearing mostly white, cream, with a bit of blue and yellow, Grayson takes fashion to another level.
Victoria Grayson takes and owns the outrageously-wealthy high-society matriarch stereotypes, her getting the most expensive designer pieces, including her pyjamas. Victoria wore a Vera Wang $12.000 dress to Emily’s wedding. And to top that, she was also seen wearing a $8.000 Burberry trench coat.
Jill Ohanneson, the Revenge’s costume designer came up with a concept of what a young angry woman who just came out of a juvenile detention hall would wear in the Hamptons.
“We came up with Grace Kelly because she’s so elegant, yet simple and graceful. Here’s this angry, angst-ridden girl coming out of juvie, and we needed to figure out how she might be able to cultivate and emulate serenity so she could go in there and not be fazed by anything.”
