Zhangye, China
Well, I really don’t know what to say. It seams that China is a country with lots of unique places, perfect for our vacations.
This time we are going to talk about Zhangye, a marvelous colored rocky landscape that definitely looks like a painting.
Zhangye ‘s Danxia was formed through out the erosion of the red sandstone forming steep stratified outcrops and erosion of red sandstone.
The best time to visit Zhangye is from June to September.
Why ? Because the weather offers you a combination between strong sun and little rain that brings the color out more.
