Next on our list is the Latina diva Jennifer Lopez.
JLO has always been known for her curvy body and sexy posterior, and it seems like she works hard to look so good.
Lopez looks better from one day to the other, and it seems like it is thanks to her strict diet and no less than 6 hours of daily dance workouts.
Well, that is quite a lot of exercising, isn’t it? Even so, she says she is not a workout addict, but she needs to rehearse her dance moves for her shows.
The two-time Grammy nominee cut out dairy, meat and gluten, and her usual consist of quinoa enchiladas, black-bean burgers, and zucchini ‘pasta’.
Her diet includes fresh fruit and vegetables, fish, chicken and lean meat. She also eats Borges’ 22 Days cherry chocolate bliss, a vegan energy bar.
As we’ve told you before, grapefruit is a very beneficial fruit in all its forms, including its smell. Seems like JLO has a vial of grapefruit and sniffs it to promote weight loss. That is a weird way to stay thin.
