The very controversial pop queen Madonna, comes the third in our list of how celebrities lose weight fast.
Being called either too skinny, too muscular or with not all flattering extra skin, we have to admit, she looks amazing for her age.
The diva is known to follow a very strict macrobiotic diet, based on sea vegetables, where she can’t eat wheat, eggs, meat and dairy.
Madonna has her own personal nutritionist to cook for her, according to the macrobiotic, low-fat, vegetarian principles.
She also needs to avoid sugars, black tea or carbonated drinks, but is allowed to eat grains, brown rice and pasta, white fish, fruits, nuts and soy products.
In addition to this strict diet, Madonna practices 6 days a week, 2 hours every day, Ashtanga yoga, which is a high-octane, aerobic form of power yoga.
In 2010 Madonna was associated with the “air diet”, when she was featured in a Dolce & Gabanna campaign, along with other celebrities, where they were holding food to their mouths, without eating it. The “air diet” was all about eating water with a salt soup mix. And all we can think about is… why on Earth would you do that?
