The forth in the celebrities diets list is the cute Jennifer Aniston.
Known as Rachel in the famous TV Show Series “Friends”, Aniston has always looked amazing, and most specially now, when she is no longer so young.
And it seems like Jennifer has a rather weird type of dieting: baby food.
Yes, you heard that right, baby food can make you lose weight, and it’s delicious in the same time (or so they say).
While on this diet you have to eat only jars of baby food, and a healthy dinner. 14 servings of baby food equal approximately 1.000 calories, so that is definitely the way to lose weight.
Besides keeping this weird diet that was recommended by trainer Tracy Anderson, Aniston also works out every day. Anderson advised her to try the baby food diet, because all the liquid cleanses make you lose weight, but they will make you even more when you stop.
She works out at least 5 or 6 days a week, doing 40 minutes of cardio, Pilates 1 day a week and Yoga in addition, 3 days a week. Well wow, Jen, you work hard indeed!
Aniston admits to dieting for movie roles, and you most certainly noticed her toned and sexy body in “We’re the Millers”, right?
