1-Benjamin Franklin is the only non-President to appear on a bill
In the past, regarding of what you might think, the U.S. Government has never issued a 1 million dollar bill.
The largest denomination ever issued was a $100,000 Series 1934 Gold Certificate which was only used in banking transactions and never publicity released.
It featured the portrait of President Woodrow Wilson.
Nowadays, the highest publicity circulating denominations of U.S. paper currency is the $100 bill.
The $100 is also the first circulating American bill to feature a Founding Father and not an American President on its face.
That person is Benjamin Franklin.
