8.El Bolson, Argentina
We go now all the way to Argentina.
El Bolson is a town located on Argentina’s border with Chile, deep into the South American wilderness.
The hippies took over the place in the 70’s and you can still feel it when you roam the streets. The town is declared an ecological municipality and a “non nuclear zone”, so I guess the hippies did a pretty good job here.
And we all know that hippies are true artists, so they’ll find no better place than El Bolson as it has an artisan’s community specially for the more creative ones.
This is definitely a place to be visited!
