9.Sqirl
One of the best restaurants in Los Angeles is Sqirl.
A quirky and adorable place in LA, Sqirl opened in 2012 just as a coffee, toast and jam café. The place has transformed into one of the most popular restaurants in the city, making room for a wine shop, a florist and an antiques store to open on the same block.
The owner, Jessica Koslow, wanted to stay away from the traditional restaurant-type of diner, opening this funky and cute place.
From breakfast, to lunch, and why not, dinner, Sqirl serves from rice and tuna, to handmade pastas and delicious malva pudding cake.
The prices are lower than in other diners and the restaurant is perfect for the ones who love busy places, because the line might get long, and the seating is sometimes hard to come by.
