The restaurant has no windows and just the spot lighting and wood paneling mark the atmosphere.
Yoshiaki Takazawa prepares the food and his wife, Akiko, serves it.
The signature dishes include the carpenter’s salade nicoise with sashimi tuna, ratatouille terrine with vegetables and slow-cooked seafood with bamboo shoot and seaweed.
