4Nihonryori Ryugin
Of course this is one of the best restaurants in Tokyo. The food here is prepared by 3-star Michelin chef, Seiji Yamamoto.
He is widely acclaimed for his imagination and creativity, combining the modern with classic Japanese cuisine.
Among the best dishes you can enjoy at Nihonryori Ryugin are included sakuradai snapper, Iwate wagyu beef, as well as cream an-kimo, which is actually monkfish liver. But it is considered the foie gras of the sea.
And the dessert simply melts in your mouth. The candy pear dessert is nitro-chilled at -196 degrees Celsius, topped off with the fruit’s sauce, boiled to 99 degrees Celsius.
