When you enter this restaurant, all you see are European antique decorations and fedora-shaped extractor hood.
It makes you think this is a non-traditional Japanese place.
Getting here is not easy, as only 9 people can be served at a time. However, if you have the opportunity, you have to try the vegetables and the tempura.
The chef Tetsuya Saotome works alone and uses the Edomae style and ingredients available 150 years ago.
