Why is this so amazing? Because is very similar to Carrie’s iconic tutu from the series’ intro scene, because it’s purple and because she wore hoodie like tops when they weren’t cool.
The purple ballgown skirt Carrie wore when she ran into Aidan in the second movie started it’s life as a slip, Field said. The skirt was originally a slip underneath a dress that was just screaming to be styled into this unique and eclectic Carrie outfit!
