How much is Andrew Wilkinson Worth? Andrew Wilkinson Net Worth in 2026
Andrew Wilkinson’s net worth is estimated at $115 million as of November 2026. The Canadian co-founder of Tiny was a paper billionaire when the company listed in 2023, and the same shares now fetch less than a tenth of that. Tiny stock is still the biggest piece of what he owns, with a private holding company making up most of the rest.

How much is Andrew Wilkinson worth in 2026?
We put him at about $115 million, in US dollars, at a rate of 1.397 Canadian dollars to the dollar (x-rates, November 3, 2026). One slice is close to hard fact: the listed shares. The other is our reasoning, and it carries a lot of the uncertainty.
How Andrew Wilkinson built it
- Started in his own apartment. He founded the design studio MetaLab from his Victoria apartment in 2006, aged 22.
- Bought small profitable software firms. MetaLab's cash flow funded purchases of profitable internet businesses meant to be held for the long term.
- Kept control of the company. He still held about 51 percent of Tiny in the latest stake record, dated September 2025.

| Source | Our estimate | What it rests on |
|---|---|---|
| Tiny Ltd. shares | $67 million | 14,995,680 Class A shares, a 51.17 percent stake dated September 30, 2025, times C$6.28, the early November 2026 price on a market data page. That is C$94.2 million. The share count is over a year old. |
| Folly Partners: real estate, direct investments, a small fund | $48 million | Assumption. A July 2024 summary on his own site puts his wealth then at about $350 million, with no currency given. We could not open the article behind it and read the figure as Canadian dollars, Tiny’s reporting currency; in US dollars this row would be far larger. If he held the same share count then, those shares were worth about C$283 million at that month’s split-adjusted C$18.88, leaving C$67 million outside Tiny. We hold that flat, though nothing since has been published. |
| Total | $115 million | $67.4 million plus $48 million, rounded. There is no separate debt row: a 2024 net worth total should already be net of personal debts, and we found no figure for them. This is a rough estimate above the first row: little of the private money is documented. |
From billionaire to under 10 percent
His own site says the stake was valued at over $1 billion at the 2023 listing, and it is candid that the price has since fallen a long way. Our calculation: $67 million against $1 billion leaves about 7 percent of the peak paper value, or about 9 percent if the site meant Canadian dollars, which it doesn’t say. That is the awkward part of owning a controlling stake in your own stock: the price can do all this with no sale at all.
The stake is also the reason small price moves matter so much to him. Every C$1 on the share price moves it by about C$15 million, or $10.7 million. Divide the 14,995,680 shares by 51.17 percent and you get about 29.3 million shares, so at C$6.28 the entire company is worth about C$184 million by our math. For a group that holds Serato, Dribbble and MetaLab, that is a modest tag.
What 2026 did to the holding company
Tiny’s Q2 2026 release, dated August 6, reported revenue of C$51.6 million, adjusted EBITDA of C$10.6 million and a net loss of C$83.0 million. Most of that loss was non-cash: C$80.7 million of impairments, mainly at WeCommerce and Creative Market, or about 97 percent of the loss by our count. Net debt stood at 2.8 times adjusted EBITDA, and Austin Singhera is quoted as chief executive, so Wilkinson’s stake no longer means running the place day to day.
The share price tells the same story in monthly steps: C$10.21 in November 2025, C$4.65 in June 2026, C$6.28 now, per the same price history.
The apartment studio that paid for all of it
Wilkinson started MetaLab from his Victoria apartment in 2006, aged 22, according to his own biography page. The page says it built early interfaces for Slack and Coinbase. That studio’s cash flow bought small profitable software businesses, with a loose Berkshire Hathaway template: hold for the long term, no flips, no leveraged buyouts. He and Chris Sparling co-founded Tiny the same year, and it reached the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2023 through a reverse merger with WeCommerce.
One line on that page puts the fortune in perspective. Tiny Foundation, the private foundation he runs with friends, has granted about $16 million as of 2026. Against a $67 million stake, that is roughly a quarter of what his Tiny shares fetch today.
Why public estimates disagree
Most public estimates are years old, and many still lean on the 2023 listing or the 2024 total, when the same shares were worth three times as much. Others count all of Tiny as his, when he holds about half of it and the debt sits ahead of the equity.
What would move the figure
Tiny’s third quarter 2026 results are the next test, and a C$2 swing in the stock would change our number by about $21 million. A filing showing a different share count, or any disclosure from Folly Partners, would matter more than either.
Andrew Wilkinson net worth FAQ
How much did Andrew Wilkinson make from the Tiny listing?
Nothing that we can document in cash. Tiny reached the Toronto exchange through a reverse merger with WeCommerce, and his paper value passed $1 billion and then fell to about $67 million with no sale we could find.
How much of Tiny does Andrew Wilkinson own?
A market data page lists 14,995,680 Class A shares, or 51.17 percent, as of September 30, 2025. We use that count because it is the latest we could open.
What is Folly Partners?
His personal holding company. His biography page says it manages his direct investments, real estate and a small fund for founders he selects, and it publishes no portfolio, so our $48 million for it is an assumption.
What is Tiny’s market value?
About C$184 million by our calculation: roughly 29.3 million shares at C$6.28. That share count comes from dividing his holding by his percentage, so it may be slightly off.
Is Andrew Wilkinson still a billionaire?
No. His own site calls the billionaire stretch brief. At C$6.28 his Tiny stake is worth under 10 percent of the value it reached at the 2023 listing.
What did Andrew Wilkinson write?
Never Enough, a 2024 memoir from Matt Holt Books about building a company worth a billion dollars and finding it did not fix him. He also sends a newsletter of the same name to about 30,000 subscribers.
