How much is Cassey Ho worth in 2026?

We put her at $40 million, within a range of $15 million to $110 million. The company is private, and everything hangs on its revenue, where the public numbers disagree by a factor of six. She told Fortune in 2024 it was all her own money, with no investors. That helps, because no one else holds a slice we need to subtract, apart from any share held by her husband and chief operating officer, Sam Livits.

Public estimates disagree because some count only her YouTube income and overlook a company that has grown for a decade. Others do the opposite and treat a modelled sales figure as if it were her own earnings.

How Cassey Ho built it

  • Bootstrapped both brands. She said the money was all her own, with no investors in Blogilates or Popflex.
  • Designed the products herself. She said in 2022 that she designed about 95 percent of Popflex products.
  • Built the audience first. She began posting on YouTube in 2009 and launched Popflex in 2016.

How we got to $40 million

Source Our estimate What it rests on
Her stake in Popflex and Blogilates $30 million Reported: at least $10 million each in 2022, and a 2023 analysis infers at least $20 million for the holding company. No investors, she says. Our assumption: $40 million in 2025 revenue, valued at one times sales, with 75 percent credited to her and the rest to Livits. Stakes are not public.
Cash taken out of the business $10 million Our assumption: $1 million a year after tax for the 10 years since Popflex launched in 2016.
YouTube ads $4 million Our assumption: more than 6 billion lifetime views across her channels at $1 per thousand is $6 million, less one third for tax.
Spending minus $4 million Our assumption: $400,000 a year for 10 years.
Total $40 million $44 million, minus $4 million.

The $131 million problem

The biggest number attached to her business comes from ECDB, a market data firm, which models $131 million in 2025 gross sales for popflexactive.com, and forecasts 0 to 5 percent growth for 2026. FemFounded uses $120 million or more for 2024, labelled an industry estimate. Against those, the firmest figure is much smaller: at least $10 million each for Blogilates and Popflex in 2022, as a 2023 analysis reports.

Headcount is our test. Whittier College reported 28 full-time employees in February 2025, plus 40 to 50 contractors. By our calculation, $131 million divided by 28 is $4.7 million per employee. Our $40 million gives $1.43 million per employee, the same ratio as the $30 million across 21 staff assumed in that 2023 analysis. A lean direct-to-consumer brand can run high, and contractors flatter the ratio, so we don’t dismiss the model. We just don’t lean on it. If $131 million at one times sales were right, her 75 percent would be about $98 million, which sets the top of our range.

What the Target order tells us

Target talks began in January 2024, according to Modern Retail, and the apparel line arrived around the turn of 2025 at $15 to $40. About half the inventory went in under a week, and Popflex’s own site sales rose 112 percent year over year. A case study from Foundry, an app builder with a promotional interest, puts the run at 1.1 million. Our calculation: that many pieces at the $27.50 midpoint is about $30 million at retail.

That $30 million is the shelf price, and Target keeps its margin first. Terms were never disclosed. Ho called it the biggest order the company had ever filled, and it took about a year to secure. The line suggests revenue well above the 2022 level, which is why we use $40 million and not $20 million.

Eight-figure brands with no one to answer to

She started uploading to YouTube in 2009 at 22, and the first Popflex collection arrived in January 2016. By then she had a licensing deal with 24 Hour Fitness, the gym that had paid her $20 a class about six years earlier. She told Modern Retail in 2022 that she designed about 95 percent of Popflex products and that sales had doubled in each of the past two years. Shopify reported the brand made the Inc. 5000 with sales up more than 800 percent since 2019.

The money moment everyone knows came in April 2024, when Taylor Swift wore the $60 Pirouette Skort in a YouTube Short. The lavender sold out in minutes and every other color followed. Fortune reported it as the company’s best sales day of the year and second-best ever, so some earlier day had beaten it.

What the channel is worth now

Her YouTube channel listed about 11.0 million subscribers on December 19, 2025. We count ad income at $6 million before tax across more than 6 billion views, about one fifth of the value we put on her stake. The real value of the channel is that it sells Popflex without an ad budget.

What would move the figure

The valuation multiple is the biggest lever. At two times sales instead of one, her stake doubles to $60 million and the headline moves to $70 million. A sale to a larger apparel group would settle it. A repeat Target order, or the 0 to 5 percent growth that ECDB forecasts for 2026, would move the revenue base.
