Christie Brinkley’s net worth is estimated at $60 million as of November 2026. She paid $7.15 million for a Sag Harbor house in 2004 and sold it for about $17.5 million, a gain of 145 percent, though that price was 30 percent below what she asked for it in 2016. That one discount is the reason we put her lower than most public estimates.

How much is Christie Brinkley worth in 2026?

We estimate $60 million. This one is a rough estimate: property sales are public, but none of her contracts are, and more than a fifth of this figure rests on what we assume she saved. It leaves out private family costs we can’t see. Public estimates run to $80 million and $100 million, and the likely reason is that they count Hamptons homes at or near asking price. Her own record says that’s a mistake.

How Christie Brinkley built it

  • Signed a 25-year contract. Her CoverGirl deal is described as a record, and one of the longest in modeling.
  • Put her money into homes. She bought Sag Harbor for $7.15 million in 2004 and sold it for about $17.5 million.
  • Started a wine label. She launched Bellissima, an organic prosecco line, around 2018 with business partners.

What adds up to $60 million

Source Our estimate What it rests on
Tower Hill, Bridgehampton $20.65 million $29.5 million asking price, last seen in 2017, cut 30 percent to match the Sag Harbor discount. Assumes she still owns it, as a 2022 interview suggests.
Parrot Cay house $6.3 million A rental agent’s page confirms she owns this three-bedroom villa, Lucky House. The value is our assumption: $9 million, cut by the same 30 percent. We saw asks of about $9 million and $11 million only in search excerpts, so treat this row as soft.
Cash from two Hamptons sales $19.25 million $17.5 million in Sag Harbor plus $10 million in North Haven. Our assumption: 70 percent left after tax, fees and any debt.
Career savings $13.25 million Our assumption: $250,000 a year kept for 53 years since 1973, after tax, spending and buying homes. No contract value is public.
Bellissima wine stake $1 million Our assumption. The brand is private, with partners, and we found no sales or stake figures.
Total $60.45 million The rows sum to $60.45 million, which we round to $60 million.

The 30 percent we borrowed from her own sale

In 2017 CNBC wrote about nearly $50 million of Hamptons listings: about $18 million for Sag Harbor and $29.5 million for Tower Hill, a 20-acre compound built in 1891. Add those up and she looks rich in property alone. Then look at what happened to the cheaper one.

6sqft reported that she bought Sag Harbor in 2004 for $7.15 million and that it peaked at a $25 million ask in 2016. It closed in 2019 just under the final $17.99 million asking price, with a New York Post report relayed by Cottages & Gardens putting it just under $17.5 million. We use the lower figure. Our calculation: $25 million down to $17.5 million is a 30 percent cut, and $17.5 million against $7.15 million is a $10.35 million gain, or 145 percent. Apply the same cut to Tower Hill and $29.5 million becomes $20.65 million, which takes $8.85 million off the headline in one line.

Tower Hill has been on and off the market since 2002, and she acquired it in 1998. We found no sale. Hello interviewed her in 2022 at a Long Island compound with a pond, barns and a tower, bought 23 years earlier, and that’s the latest evidence that it’s still hers.

Two houses on one road, two very different results

Her North Haven house at 6 Fahys Road sold for $10 million in 2013, Dan’s Papers reported, and records cited there showed she and her then husband bought it in 2007 for $8.9 million or $9.99 million. She was the seller in 2013, so we credit the whole sale to her. So the gain there was somewhere between nothing and about $1.1 million, while the neighbor at 1 Fahys Road made her $10.35 million. By our math, property-related rows are $46.2 million of the $60.45 million total, or 76 percent. Model, yes. On paper, more of a Hamptons property investor.

The contracts nobody has priced

Her record 25-year CoverGirl contract is one of the longest in modeling, and she has been on more than 500 magazine covers, including Sports Illustrated Swimsuit in 1979, 1980 and 1981. She has appeared in Total Gym infomercials with Chuck Norris since 1997, added skin care, hair extensions and eyewear lines, and logged 182 performances with the national touring company of Chicago. Not one fee is public. So our career row is deliberately plain: $250,000 a year kept, for 53 years, or $13.25 million. Double it and her figure rises to about $74 million, still short of the highest public numbers.

Bellissima came around 2018, according to the Hello interview: organic, zero-sugar prosecco, later with still wines, built with partners who found the Italian vineyard. Her stake isn’t public.

What would move the figure

A Tower Hill sale would do it fastest, because it would replace our biggest assumption with a real price. Her latest documented money event is the memoir Uptown Girl, published by Harper Influence on April 29, 2025. The advance hasn’t been disclosed, so we leave it inside the career row.
