How much is Rob Moore worth in 2026?

We estimate about $12 million, at about $1.34 to the pound (x-rates, November 3, 2026). This one is a rough estimate: little of the money is documented. His own site claims an eight-figure business and property group by age 40. Micro company accounts, which is what his main company files, say nothing about sales or profit, so most of the ledger is our reasoning and is labelled that way.

How Rob Moore built it

  • Cleared his debt within a year. He says he carried 50,000 pounds of consumer debt in 2005 and cleared it within a year.
  • Partnered up on property early. A year after clearing his debt he had bought 20 properties in a partnership with Mark Homer.
  • Spoke for 46 hours straight. His 2014 Guinness World Records speech lasted 46 hours 21 minutes and raised money for Sue Ryder.

How we got to $12 million

Source Our estimate What it rests on
Half of the training group $6.7 million Assumption. £2 million of yearly profit at five times earnings is £10 million, and half is £5 million. Companies House lists him and Mark Homer each with a holding of 25 to 50 percent in the main company. No profit figure is public.
Half of the property equity $2.7 million Assumption. His site mentions 50 properties bought, sold and managed, which is not the same as 50 still held; we treat them as held. At £200,000 each that is £10 million, with 60 percent debt leaving £4 million, and half is £2 million.
Books, speaking, cash $2.7 million Assumption. £2 million kept after tax and spending, across 19 books, 1,000-plus speeches and Money.School. None of it is disclosed.
Total $12 million The rows add to about £9 million, or $12.1 million. All assumptions, anchored to the filings where they exist.

What eight figures looks like after the mortgage

Moore’s about page says he carried £50,000 of consumer debt at his 2005 low point, cleared it within a year, became a millionaire before turning 31, and had an eight-figure business and property group by 40. That last phrase is doing a lot of lifting. Our calculation on the property alone: a £10 million portfolio with 60 percent debt leaves £4 million of equity, and his half of that is £2 million, or about 22 percent of our £9 million total.

The filings point the same way. A company data site lists net assets of about £271,000 for Progressive Property Limited, labelled 2025. We could not open the filed accounts themselves, so that figure rests on the data site. It is about 3 percent of our £9 million total, so nearly all the value has to sit in earning power and in other entities. Companies House lists him on 14 appointments, nine of them at companies since dissolved, with Progressive Lets and Progressive Property Ventures among the active ones.

The Ferrari, in memberships

Money.School costs £15 a month. The £105,000 Ferrari repair therefore equals 7,000 member-months, or about 583 people paying for a full year, by our math. Equally, 1,000 members would bring in £180,000 a year before costs. The membership count isn’t published, so we don’t book a row for it.

A cheaper stunt got him into the record books. Guinness World Records credited him with a 46 hour 21 minute speech in May 2014, raising £25,063.76 for Sue Ryder. He counts over 1,000 speeches in the last decade.

The 2026 paper trail

The record is thin but current. Progressive Property Limited filed micro company accounts to February 28, 2026 on October 26, 2026. On July 13, 2026 it filed new articles and changes to the rights and names of its shares. The filings don’t say why. In May 2025 it also recorded one of its 2022 charges as satisfied in full, meaning a secured debt was cleared.

Why public estimates disagree

Pages online show a wide spread of figures, mostly with no workings. A very high number can’t be squared with a main company reporting net assets in the hundreds of thousands. Gross property values and training sales also get counted as if they were personal wealth.

What would move the figure

A sale of the training group, or new share arrangements following the July 2026 changes, would give a real price for the biggest row. On our assumptions, every £500,000 of annual profit adds or removes about £1.25 million, or $1.7 million, from his side.
