The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, commonly referred to as Coachella, is an annual music and arts festival held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.
Located in the Indland Empire’s Coachella Valley, Colorado Desert, this amazing festival was founded in 1999 by Paul Tollett and organized by Goldenvoice.

This event manages to attract large crowds looking for a camping experience, and obviously, good music. And this event has it all, from rock, hip hop, electronic dance music to indie. Also, let’s not forget about those art installations and sculptures.
Among the notable artists are included Amy Whinehouse, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg (now Snoop Lion), Paul McCartney, Wu-Tang Clan, Radiohead, Daft Punk, Madonna, Kanye West, The Strokes, Jay-Z, Beastie Boys, Muse, Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and many more. This year, Choachella hosted 579.000 people and grossed a whopping $78.3 million.
