7Burning Man
This event begins on the last Monday in August and ends on the first Monday of September.
And this coincides with the American Labor Day holiday.
Although Burning Man is one of the weirdest events, it’s something unique.
Basically, it’s filled with wacky people who gather in the desert and build a temporary town which they call Black Rock City. And apparently, if you want to attend, you have to contribute to that construction.
Here comes the crazy part, which is the burning of the giant wooden town that was constructed just for being destroyed later.
And you’ll be surprised how many people attend this event.
In 2010, 51.515 people attended and the following year there were 50.000 participants.
