Being rich in potassium, bananas are recommended especially in times of stress, as stress has a negative effect on the production of collagen.
Like papaya, bananas can be used as a mask for skin hydration. Crush the fruit with a fork or a spoon and then apply the creamy mixture on the face. Keep the mask for 20-25 minutes after which you can wash with water to remove it.
