Established in 1986, in Fira, by Yiogos and Evelyn Hatziyannakis, Selene can now be found in another location, Pyrgos.
Under the attention of Chef Nikos Boukis and Executive Chef Thodoris Pananikolaou, Selene offers cooking courses for the last 10 years.
What we recommend: Dakos (rusk barley bread sand, tomato jelly, basil snow, Santorini chloro cheese cream), Dolmadaki Avgolomeno (pork, egg, herring eggs), and Langoustines (Santorini zucchini, lenon-sea urchin vinegraitte and zuccini flowers).
But what is a MUST is their salad, which tastes as the ingredients were just picked out of the garden that day.
Plus, their fennel pie is absolutely delicious.
