Eva Longoria Purchased Hollywood Hills Mansion from Tom Cruise for $11.4m
Eva Longoria purchased Hollywood Hills mansion from Tom Cruise and she paid $11.4 million for it.
A while ago, it was reported that actor Tom Cruise has put his property on sale for $13 million, according to Zillow.
Then recently it has announced that Tom Cruise has sold his property, and many wondered who had that kind of money to buy this beautiful home.
She has purchased the Hollywood Hills estate for $11.4 million according to a report from Variety.
The 40-year-old Desperate Housevives actress bought the 2.75-acre property in secret.
The home that was owned by the Mission Impossible star is a stunning place, with walls of glass that offer breathtaking views.
According to Zillow, the 53-years-old actor offloaded the property for nearly two million less after initially listing it at $13 million.
This is not Eva Longoria’s only property; the actress has purchased in the last a bungalow in LA’s Whitley Heights in 2005 for $1.5 million, a mansion in the Hollywood Dell in 2006 for $3.6 million and a home in San Antonio, Variety reports.
This property features an Italian farm-style kitchen with luxurious details. Oak floors extend out to Venetian plaster walls, which makes it even a greater place.
Featuring three bedrooms, with their own bathrooms, the house also includes a guest house with four bedrooms, four baths and a kitchen.
Perfect for a small family, the house will make a great home for Eva who doesn’t need too worry about fitting too many members of her family under one roof.
The actress has no children and is currently in a relationship with media mogul Jose Antonio Baston.
The outdoor portion has bridge, a large pool with waterfall and spa. And there is also a wine cellar and tasting room, ideal for entertaining small parties.
The lagoon-style swimming pool spanned by a footbridge, sits across a stone-paved driveway from a trellis-shaded dining terrace, children’s playground and detached three-car garage.
Looks nice, isn’t it?
