The actress has come a long way since she first appeared in Dark Angel. Her tastes have changed, like ours did, but she stayed the same when it comes to picking out houses.
What I mean is that she always knew what she was looking for in a home, and this time her father helped her pick this one!
After we showed you that she is renting her two-bedroom house in Beverly Hills, it was obviously we are going to talk about her new homes as well.
The seven bedrooms and eight and a half baths house has a lot to offer and if you ask me she got a sweet deal for it.
Her recent estate purchase of a stunning mansion only cost her $9.948 million.
The beautiful home has enough privacy for the family of four with traditional style clearly seen inside.
The estate is just perfect place for the actress to grow her empire in a place where a formal two-story foyer, library, media room, and gourmet kitchen, are included.
Spanning on 1.85 acres, the house is located on a gated street just outside North Beverly Park. Perched on a hillside and surrounded by trees on all sides, the home also appears to be relatively paparazzi-proof.
Each room features either a canyon or an ocean view and is complete with a divine backyard and large pool.
With 8,829-square feet of space Jessica is sure to have plenty of room for all of her products.
The co-founder of The Honest Company, bought the home from producer and film executive Mike Medavoy, the CEO and chairman of Phoenix Pictures.
Mr. Medavoy was trying to sell the house for almost two years for nearly $15 million.
The house was built in 2005 and has a traditional, vaguely East Coast-y style. There’s also a fitness room and two-story guesthouse featured on the house, which includes a three-car garage.
Alba still owns a few other LA-area properties, including this one, which recently made an appearance in Better Homes and Gardens.
