Worth $1.800, the sushi, created by chef Angelito Araneta Jr. from Philippines, holds the Guinness World Record for the most expensive sushi ever made.
The dish consists of 4 pieces of sushi, each made up of aged Italian balsamic vinegar, Japanese rice, Muscovado sugar, mango, foie gras, crab, wild saffron, Norwegian pink salmon, sea cucumber and butter mayonnaise.
To top it all off, the chef adds gold leaves, Palawan pearls and 20 carats of VVS clarity diamonds.
