How about some jellyfish with that ice cream?
When I think about jellyfish I imagine that sticky weird creature that scares me to death when going to beach.
But it seems like Charlie Francis, the founder of “Lick Me I’m Delicious” ice cream company, thinks otherwise and has decided to make a jellyfish-based flavoured ice cream.
The ice cream has jellyfish proteins as the main ingredient, but to tone down the weirdness and make this bizarre flavour more attractive, the ice cream glows in the dark when you lick it, just like a jellyfish!
Lick Me I’m Delicious is very well known for its weird ice cream flavours, so the jellyfish flavour is no surprise.
The bizarre ice cream is quite expensive, its cost being estimated to around $225. So if you want some jellyfish in your mouth, be prepared to pay some good money.
