Torimi Cafe in Japan sells pet-bird flavoured ice cream and the flavours include Cockatiel and Parakeet.
Cockatiel is a member of the cockatoo family, endemic to Australia, while the Parakeet is the name given to small to medium sized species of parrots.
I wonder how do they know how a parrot tastes like? And I think I don’t want to know the answer to my question.
The company says that the ice cream tastes like:
“the moment when you’re sleeping with your mouth open and your cockatiel runs over your face and gets its leg in your mouth.”
