The ranch is an assemblage of four ranches purchased by Discovery Channel founder in the 1990s.
Boasting approx. 22,000-square-foot in Southwestern Pueblo-style the home is a true getaway gem.
It features breathtaking views of the surrounding multi-colored cliffs and La Sal Mountains.

He built a three-bedroom log cabin just because he wanted to “enjoy hiking and being in a whole different landscape,” he said.
Also there: grass airstrip, and a barn for horses and irrigated pastures.
There are elk and deer for hunting, although Mr. Hendricks said he hunts “with my camera.” Mr. Hendricks said.
Mr. Hendricks placed the property in a permanent conservation easement, which means you can never develop it.
