She does a proper workout 3 to 4 times a week for 1 hour and 15 minutes each time.
She starts with a warm up of 5 to 10 minutes of stretching.
The workout in itself targets all aspects of the body: 30 minutes on the legs, 30 minutes on core, arms and balance and 15 minutes of stretching.
Remember to stay active even during the days you are not exercising.
