How much is Adriana Lima worth in 2026?
We estimate $70 million, in a range of $50 million to $95 million. This is a rough estimate. Annual modelling pay is documented only as press estimates, her Victoria’s Secret contract terms have never been published, and everything after 2017 is our assumption.
Public estimates run from about $85 million to $95 million. The usual reason for the gap is tax: 13 years of reported earnings add up to $98.3 million, and that figure is before tax and agency fees. Treat it as money kept and you land near the top of that range without counting the spending.
How Adriana Lima built it
- Stayed with one brand for decades. She was a Victoria's Secret Angel from 2000 to 2018 and walked again in 2026.
- Kept other clients running. Her campaigns ran from Maybelline in 2003 to Puma and Schutz in 2018.
- Bought waterfront early and sold late. She paid $9 million for an Indian Creek home in 2009, and a linked trust sold it for $40 million in 2022.

| Source | Our estimate | What it rests on |
|---|---|---|
| Modelling pay, 2005 to 2017 | $44.2 million | Forbes earnings estimates for those 13 lists total $98.3 million. Our assumption: she kept 45 percent after tax and agency fees. |
| Modelling pay, other years | $17.6 million | Our assumption: $2 million a year for 1999 to 2004 and $3 million a year for 2018 to 2026, $39 million in all, at the same 45 percent. |
| Property gains | $22.6 million | Indian Creek gain of $31 million, less 6 percent selling costs and 23.8 percent tax (our assumptions), is $21.8 million. A Manhattan condo bought for $1,995,000 and sold for $3.3 million adds about $0.8 million on the same terms. Brentwood counts as zero. |
| Spending | minus $33 million | Our assumption: $1.5 million a year for the 22 years from 2005 to 2026, and it covers homes, staff and family costs. |
| Returns on savings | $18 million | Our assumption: 3 percent a year after tax on an average $30 million for 20 years. |
| Total | $69.4 million | The rows sum to $69.4 million, which we round to $70 million. Most of it rests on stated assumptions. |
Indian Creek against 13 years on the list
By our calculation the sale did this: $40 million minus $9 million is a $31 million gain. Take off $2.4 million in selling costs, then 23.8 percent tax on the remaining $28.6 million, and $21.8 million is left. Her 13 listed years of pay, at the 45 percent we assume she kept, come to $44.2 million. So one property produced 49 percent as much as that whole run.
The pre-tax gain was also about three times her best listed year, $10.5 million. Over roughly 13 years the price compounded at about 12 percent a year. We credit all of it to her because the seller was described as a trust linked to her. The reports don’t say how that trust was split, which is one reason our range is wide.
Not every house paid. She and her husband paid $12.35 million for a Brentwood home about 2022 and listed it at $15.99 million in August 2025, with AI cameras, laser beams and round-the-clock patrols among the selling points. We couldn’t open a report that confirmed the final price, so that home adds nothing to our ledger.
The pay was steady, never the highest
Her earnings climbed slowly over more than a decade: $4.5 million in 2005, $8 million in 2009, $6 million in 2013 and $10.5 million in both 2016 and 2017. She was a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 2000 to 2018, the longest run of any Angel, and held Maybelline from 2003 to 2009 before returning in 2014. Puma and Schutz came in 2018.
The 2008 Fantasy Bra she wore was valued at over $5 million, which is 71 percent of the $7 million she was estimated to have earned that year. She only got to wear it.
A retired model with a 2026 runway date
Hola reported that the show of October 18, 2026 was her 21st for Victoria’s Secret, after an official retirement in 2018. The brand’s creative director described her in 2025 as a contract girl and not an Angel, and no fee has been published. That fee is the number most likely to move this page. A new property sale would be next: on our ledger a $10 million gain would add about $7 million, or roughly a tenth of the total.
