Grant Cardone’s net worth is estimated at $400 million as of November 2026, a rough figure with a range of $250 million to $700 million.

The $5.3 billion people attach to his name is the size of the real estate he manages, not what he owns. By our arithmetic, his own fortune is about 7.5 percent of it.

Cardone started as a sales trainer and author, then moved into apartment buildings. Cardone Capital, his investment firm, reported more than 14,200 rental units in mid 2025 and said in August 2026 that it had added about 2,000 more. It also holds thousands of bitcoin; one August 2026 report put it above 2,500.

How much is Grant Cardone worth in 2026?

We put Cardone at about $400 million. This is a rough estimate: little of his personal money is documented, because Cardone Capital’s funds are mostly investor money and his own holdings are not published. We know the size of the platform, and we have to assume what share of it earns him a living.

Public estimates disagree because some treat the assets under management as his wealth, and some copy a fixed number from year to year. We build from the fee income the platform would generate, plus what his other businesses would plausibly be worth.

How Grant Cardone built it

  • Sold before he invested. He built a sales training business and books like The 10X Rule before moving into apartments.
  • Raised other people's money. Cardone Capital sells its real estate funds mainly to accredited investors, so most of the money is theirs.
  • Put rent into bitcoin. The firm funds recurring bitcoin buys from rental income and said in August 2026 it was adding about 1,200.

How we got to $400 million

Source Our estimate What it rests on
Cardone Capital management company $212 million Assumption on a documented base. Cardone called it a $5.3 billion real estate investment firm in an August 28, 2026 post, crypto.news reported, while another August report put its assets at $6 billion after a $600 million Florida purchase (HokaNews). We use the lower figure. We assume it earns 1 percent of that a year in fees, $53 million, and value the stream at four times that.
Money invested in his own funds $40 million Assumption. No personal stake in his funds is published. Sponsors usually put their own money into many funds, so we assume $40 million in total.
Training, books and events $90 million Assumption. The 10X Rule and later books, live events and online sales courses have sold for more than a decade. We assume about $10 million a year of profit for nine years, before tax.
Home, cash and bitcoin held personally $54 million Assumption. The bitcoin held by the company is not his, and his personal holdings are not disclosed. We include a nominal amount for cash and a primary residence.

The four rows add up to $396 million, which we round to $400 million, and the first row carries more than half of it. If the fee rate were 0.5 percent instead of 1 percent, the total would fall to about $290 million. If the multiple were seven times instead of four, it would rise to about $555 million.

The billion-dollar gap

Cardone has hinted in interviews that he is close to billionaire status, and the platform’s size is the likely reason. Our calculation: $400 million is about 7.5 percent of $5.3 billion. A property sponsor does not own the buildings it manages; investors and lenders do, and crypto.news notes the firm sells its funds mainly to accredited investors.

Rent into bitcoin

In 2026 the firm has been using rental income from selected properties to buy bitcoin on a recurring basis. Crypto.news said the firm had about 1,000 BTC in January 2026, HokaNews said more than 2,500 in early August, and Cardone posted on August 28 that it was adding about 1,200 more. These counts do not line up cleanly, so we do not rely on them. The coins would matter to his own wealth only if he owned the company outright, and we found no source that says so. We have not counted them, because they belong to the firm and its investors.

What would move the figure

Fee income depends on rents, occupancy and refinancing, and a sale of a large portfolio would pay him a disposition fee. Disclosure of what he personally owns in the funds would replace our second row with a real number. A fall in apartment values would hit the first row hardest.
