Iman Gadzhi’s net worth is estimated at $40 million as of November 2026. The largest line in our estimate is a stake nobody has put a number on: his share of Whop, the payments marketplace a Tether investment valued at $1.6 billion in February 2026. He is 26, made his name selling a course on running a social media agency, and now describes himself as an owner of platforms.

How much is Iman Gadzhi worth in 2026?

We estimate Iman Gadzhi is worth about $40 million, inside a wide range of $15 million to $85 million. This one is a rough estimate: little of the money is documented. No audited accounts for his education companies are public, and neither his Whop percentage nor the price of his latest purchase has been disclosed.

Public estimates disagree for a plain reason: most of them lean on his own statements, and those have moved around. He put it at $85 million in a 2023 interview and at more than $100 million in another, and has also walked back an earlier figure for his wealth at 22. Revenue also gets mistaken for wealth, as with the big lifetime sales number attached to Consulting.com below.

How Iman Gadzhi built it

  • Taught the agency model. Agency Navigator teaches agency building, and one review lists it at $1,499.
  • Bought into payments. He was a Whop co-owner by January 2026, before a round valued it at $1.6 billion.
  • Bought an old brand outright. He took full ownership of Consulting.com in January 2026 at an undisclosed price.

How we got to $40 million

Most of this table is assumption, and each assumption is labelled. Change the Whop percentage and the headline moves more than with any other input.

Source Our estimate What it rests on
Courses and education (Agency Navigator, Educate) $15 million Our assumption: $50 million in lifetime sales, of which he kept 30 percent after staff, advertising, refunds and tax. The only outside sales figure we could open is a reviewer’s “over $25 million”, with no source given.
Whop stake $24 million Our assumption: 1.5 percent of the $1.6 billion valuation set in February 2026. His company’s release calls him a co-owner, but the percentage has never been published.
Consulting.com, Lyra, Hears and Hills $5 million Our assumption. His company lists these holdings, with no prices attached.
YouTube and sponsorships $1 million Our assumption, based only on audience size: 6.2 million YouTube subscribers as of October 2026.
Living costs and dead projects minus $5 million Our assumption: about $800,000 a year for six years since he reportedly moved to Dubai in 2020.
Total $40 million Rough estimate, not a documented figure.

The 1.5 percent question

PYMNTS reported on February 25, 2026 that Tether put $200 million into Whop at a $1.6 billion valuation, a figure stated by chief executive Steven Schwartz. If that valuation is after the money went in, Tether’s cheque bought 12.5 percent. Gadzhi’s own position comes from a paid press release from his company, which says he is a co-owner following investments made in 2025 and that his role goes beyond passive investing.

By our calculation, every 1 percent of Whop at that price is $16 million. At our assumed 1.5 percent, Whop is $24 million of a $40 million total, or 60 percent of the page, resting on a number we had to guess. A private company’s price is also not cash. We don’t know what he paid, whether his stake carries the same rights as Tether’s, or whether it has been diluted since.

16,700 buyers, or hundreds of thousands of students

One reviewer lists Agency Navigator at $1,499 and credits Gadzhi with more than $25 million in sales. A commenter quoted on the same page asks whether it is worth $3,000. Educate’s own material, as Everything PR reported, claims it has served hundreds of thousands of students.

Those claims don’t sit comfortably together. By our math, $25 million at $1,499 is about 16,700 full-price buyers. Set against even 200,000 students, that is about 8 percent. So most students paid far less or nothing, or the sales figure is too low. Our $50 million assumption allows for the second possibility, since Educate has sold subscriptions as well as the flagship course and has been running since 2018.

The same uncertainty applies to his side ventures. An NFT project called Gents Croquet Club reportedly grossed $4.4 million at launch in 2022 and later closed. We don’t add that money to the ledger, since gross takings on a shuttered project say little about what he kept.

$80 million of revenue is not an $80 million asset

On January 15, 2026, Gadzhi announced full ownership of Consulting.com, including its domain, intellectual property and education assets. The release says the business generated between $75 million and $80 million in customer revenue over its life. That is self-reported, it is historical, and much of it likely went to earlier owners. The purchase price was not disclosed, which is why the brand sits inside a $5 million row and not an $80 million one.

The audience is the most checkable part of his business. CreatorDB showed 6.2 million YouTube subscribers and 9.9 million followers across platforms in its October 2, 2026 update. It estimated $38,000 to $88,000 for one sponsored Instagram post, a market benchmark and not proof of any deal he has signed.

Two things would move the figure most: a published Whop percentage, or a further Whop funding round or sale. If his stake turned out to be 3 percent at today’s price, our total would rise by $24 million.
