One of the 10 foods skinny people eat are pickles.
Pickles are not only delicious along with food, but on their own.
Pickles are wonderful snacks because they satisfy a craving for something crunchy or salty, but have so few calories that you may burn more digesting them than eating them.
I guess you are all wondering what about the salt? Because salt is not recommended when keeping a diet. Well, as long as you don’t eat a jar of pickles in one day and you choose the ones with lower sodium, you should be just fine.
