Cottage cheese is an important factor when trying to lose weight, or maintaining it. Researches have showed that people who eat three to four servings of dairies high in calcium will continue to lose weight even if they consume 150-200 more calories per day.
I don’t think any other type of cheese is as filling, and it has tons of protein and calcium.
You can use cottage cheese as a topping to your sandwich, on top of baked potatoes, or add it into pasta or oatmeal.
The low sodium kinds of cottage cheese will help you avoid bloating.
