Adam Rosante, personal trainer and The People’s Bootcamp founder started creating some workouts for professional surfers and paddleboarders friends.

Seeing they get amazing result, he decided to put it online for people to enjoy for free. This is how WaveShape was born.

It  is a 45-minute, equipment-free workout that draws on the multidimensional movement patterns of surfing and other board sports to build explosive strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility.

Given the fact that it’s summer, it would be great to do this type of workout and then try to hit the waves.
