3.Quit Sugar
We’ve told you before, and we are telling you again: sugar is no good.
Whenever you are tired and don’t have enough energy your body will probably crave for sugar. But it will only give you energy for a short amount of time, leaving you tired and with some extra fat as a bonus.
Sugar creates addiction, and if you constantly eat it, your body will crave more, creating a vicious circle.
Be brave and quit sugar for a week, and you will most definitely feel the difference!
It might seem hard (or impossible) at first, but you will feel more energized and lose a lot weight.
If you need to add some flavour to your coffee add a some cinnamon, it will make it delicious and it will burn more calories!
