7.No Carbs
We all love a fresh warm piece of bread, or a tasty plate of pasta, we do!
And so does the fat in your body. White carbs will prevent you from losing weight, not helping your body at all, and transforming that tasty meal in some not-at-all-flattering fat.
When eating carbs your body transforms all that energy into sugar, and even though they are high in fiber, they are also high in calories.
Carbohydrates are good for the body only when they come from whole grains, so if you can’t avoid carbs (but try to) eat whole-wheat pasta or bread.
If you must, try to include carbs in the first part of the day, but do not eat them at dinner.
And there is no need to say that you need to avoid biscuits, pastry, cakes… and all those delicious treats that are tasty, but not healthy.
