6.Quit Salt
Not as toxic as sugar, salt is an important enemy of diets.
Eating a lot of salt will retain all the water in your body, causing bloating and gaining weight.
Try to eat as little salt as you can, and if you want to add some flavour to your food, add some spicy ingredients, as red peppers. They are fat-burning foods, and will make your body burn calories.
Try not to add too much salt when cooking either, because very often people don’t realise the amount of salt they eat in the healthy home-cooked meals.
Avoid salty snacks, or better, avoid all kinds of snacks in order to lose weight in 7 days.
